You cannot take holiday when you wish to, you need to beg with your team leader. Not a good start for fresher at least. Based on this experience it is very difficult to get a job out.

Salary growth is not good. Lot of politics and if you are sick also they will not provide you leave, and work time not good.

Managers are good. Salary is less but incentives like night shift allowence is good.

Lot of work pressure. Lot of metrics targets you to achieve. Daily new policies. Continious work from shift start to end. Only 40 minutes of break.
