Dixon gives bonus two times in the year, I do not have too much work pressure and all the seniors have very good support, they learn a lot from them.

Sunday, in Dixon off but sometimes called and when a model is going we have to stay late even in the night while we travel by 2 hours but the company does not mean that girls are late night alone how to get so far. i need saturday and sunday off from the company.

Good work environment and culture company policies are good ,appraisal are fair and the give good increments hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. management Are very slow process .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

...s good 👍 not fixed working hours generally working hours morning 9.30 am to 5.30 pm but due to pressure not can leave on time mostly work late in evening and not provide good salary structure as an assistant manager only budget was 6 lac.

The salary hike and the learning new things new technology machine and many more as a fresher easily .

Probably our staff is so good and the worst part company management not so good senior person not properly talk with junior and the fresher employee .food quality is also poor .
