There is nothing to like....I worked in dixcy for last 11 years but last 4 years spent there like horrible. Management having no experience in garments Trade. So there is nothing satisfactory.

Dixcy textile is best company in supporting it's employees in lockdown dixcy gives full salary to sales employees also time to time organised meetings for sales employees regarding how to work in this current situation by taking safety measures overall dixcy provide job security , sallery on time , best guidelines for sales team etc

Travel policy for sales employees are very less as compared to other brands

Salary variation between same category of employees. (Ex: newly joining persons are getting higher salary than the existing experienced employee invariably even though both are in same position)

Likes

Average work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is no any gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, but appraisals are not fair. And they provide very minimum level salary hike(5-6%). That is also not given on every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary is average but growth is very slow. And work life balance is poor.

...lture is very good,Less politics. Employee friendly management.Strong Hr policy. Salary and expenses comes in right time. Overall it is a very Good organization to work.Highly recommended.

Need to improve the career growth plan for its junior level employees. compensation and benefits needs to increase.
