Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing. The management is dumb, does not have knowledge of business. Do not value the customer. Cheating customer as well as their own employees.

Dislikes

Cheats its own employees as well as its customers. After 1 or 2 months job, fires employee without giving any salary. For the last 3 years taken money from customers but did not complete the basement construction even, forget the G+14 building. Selling project on Litigated property. Do not have any proper office, website or domin. Constructing G+14 building without pilling work which is dangerous.
