When sent to client sites, employees endure poor living conditions and inadequate food arrangements, akin to being treated like daily wage laborers. Team leaders are part-timers and moonlighters with limited availability, leaving full-time staff to struggle under strict in-office requirements without support. The company has only a handful of projects, yet fails to meet deadlines consistently, having no capability to finish the projects, leaving clients frustrated. Employees are caught between unhappy clients and indifferent senior management, making the work experience incredibly stressful and unfulfilling.
