Very little pay compared to the market. Treats employees as labour. Only people who joined before the year 2000 have career growth. Doesn't even bother to act even when an employee met with an accident on duty. Recommend to work only to a max of 3 years as fresher.

P&A worst rules for middle employees except high cador employees no politeness no respect towards employees less salary no OT 's no benefits & facilities to employees there is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues

My superiors are the one who made me to stay long till date, they driven me in many aspects which made me competent in most of those . Apart from life balance and benefits to employee, it is really a good organization. It is totally different from other organizational work structure.

Typical, well it is important too. To have better pay and to seek advanced skills i just quit Divi's. Employee Welfare is at last line here. Pendamic proved many things ..... Learners will definitely move out of it. The best part with Divi's is only job security.

Totally ignore to the technical people's like B.Pharm B.Tech, all are bound to work in production..... Not any promotions.....

Advanced Equipments, Excellent in Safety, EHS & PSV. Every year salary hike, Good knowledge & learning skills from work, Hostel facility, USFDA approval API company, etc...

Dislikes

More Rules & Regulations, more 12hrs duties. Less Leave, critical to take the leaves & Holidays, less benefits, worst Food in night shift 👎, Traveling problem from outside comers, bonus depends on our basic salary etc...
