The only thing I like about divis is job security other than it everything is worst

...so problem for them we eat on their supervision by saying where we need to sit . The small companies who give 16k salary with free food and transport are much more better than divis where cuts everything in salary the main thing who cares about our health. They are saying like you are the one who care about you and I am obeying it but what about minimal safety precautions like proper gloves , proper food , transport.

Likes

Good wotk environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is good.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow in the company.

My superiors are the one who made me to stay long till date, they driven me in many aspects which made me competent in most of those . Apart from life balance and benefits to employee, it is really a good organization. It is totally different from other organizational work structure.

Dislikes

Typical, well it is important too. To have better pay and to seek advanced skills i just quit Divi's. Employee Welfare is at last line here. Pendamic proved many things ..... Learners will definitely move out of it. The best part with Divi's is only job security.

They are well supporting ,maintaining social distance. But there is no hike .i request u to give hike because employees working against corona virus to develop a vaccine

They will not give related jobs .they don't want employees growth.no communication skills

Salary and benefits as well as food and accommodation are good. Job security is well.

Dislikes

Totally ignore to the technical people's like B.Pharm B.Tech, all are bound to work in production..... Not any promotions.....
