There is a lot of politics, they treat production department employees like slavories.mental illness problems more in our organization.meanwhile I become like a solid rock.Finally any problems I deal minute pressure compare to other persons I think so.I face 6months problems in Production block.Now I know the value of life by suffering alot and hardworking.Proud to say Today my position was very respective because Iam a EHS Supervisor. Job security , getting salary on time. They are following social distancing . mask and sanitizer has been provided by the company.

Dislikes

No growth , very poor management , No union. No respect , all supervisor and workers are being treated equaly. Employee have to follow workers related work.(painting , cleaning etc). No leadership quality , all are followers.Always have a point to extend your increment.Most of the time you have to work some more hours then your actual time.

Salary and benefits as well as food and accommodation are good. Job security is well.

Totally ignore to the technical people's like B.Pharm B.Tech, all are bound to work in production..... Not any promotions.....

...s : ur not allowed to take leaves of ur own , many rules to use ur own leaves Salary:A grade contains 4k but they gives u B grade ,if you didn't work extra time(means A shift to B) ,or any mistakes , Benifits : hostel facility available ,bonus yearly once , Respect: u don't expect from this company,they didn't treat employees as human beings Finally , company is a good one, but people in it are completely politics players , I gratitude towards company but i hate higher official in the company
