...s : ur not allowed to take leaves of ur own , many rules to use ur own leaves Salary:A grade contains 4k but they gives u B grade ,if you didn't work extra time(means A shift to B) ,or any mistakes , Benifits : hostel facility available ,bonus yearly once , Respect: u don't expect from this company,they didn't treat employees as human beings Finally , company is a good one, but people in it are completely politics players , I gratitude towards company but i hate higher official in the company

I am happy about the company ,but the politics in the company ,i hate them ,i hate the higher officials in the company mainly in QC .

P&A worst rules for middle employees except high cador employees no politeness no respect towards employees less salary no OT 's no benefits & facilities to employees there is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No night allowances and attendence bonus. Food also not good. No transportation. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.
