...to give 0 star if the option was available. Most pathetic experience in my life. No appointment letter, no salary account. The principal thinks she is the omnipotent authority there. The food is pathetic for teachers and students, mostly rotten veggies are bought from market and fed to teachers and students. No leave, 24*7 work hour.

Dislikes

Please treat your employees as human beings. They are not any farmer's bull that they will work for 15 hours a day for peanut salary. Please ask them whether they have taken their food or not. They also need leisure. Teachera are biggest assets of a school so please improve work culture in your school otherwise it will be very difficult to get good teachers for long term.

...here was a proper balance in work and life. No hectic schedule, no overtime etc. Salary was not upto the expectations but increament was good. Career growth was comparison wise slow. Overall many things were there to learn including our own knowledge.

Divine is a family not an institute..school environment is very friendly and all the colleagues are very supportive and always ready to explore new things as well they all are keen to learn and improve or enhance their skills..as for as management is concerned they plays a pivotal role.

Working environment of the school is good and staff members are cooperative and there are so many things to learn for skill development.

Sometimes you can feel the overload of work otherwise it's a good organization to learn.
