The management, particularly in the Trichy branch, is extremely ineffective. The environment is highly toxic, and the branch manager is a significant problem. He sets unrealistic deadlines, forcing employees to extend their shifts unnecessarily. His lack of integrity and constant dishonesty make it impossible to trust him, as he often says one thing but means another.

Prabhu jayapal such a bad Manager I haven seen ever in my life they don’t value their Recruiter who are actually bringing the buisness they only think onboarding team is working in Divihn. We recruiters work so hard to get 1 candidate and they never appreciate it. They don’t have good clients for NON IT. If requirements are not there how come the recruiter will work or perfom well. They never done a good job Such a worst company If someone is not working because do not have good requirements and if the candidate backsout form offer they think its a recruiters fault and they put their recruiter on PIP

It’s a great place to be. Career growth is definitely there in DIVIHN! Absolutely no regrets in being associated with DIVIHN!

Dislikes

Only if the policy of sharing incentives would have been shared with the employees for the work during the employment with DIVIHN it would have been wonderful. Atleast if it would have been considered on special case.
