Salary growth & compensation is slow & low along with high working pressure. Massive travel using a bus, Taxi, CNG - no car facilities from the company, No salary account in Bangladesh thats why we can't apply for cradit card.

Global brand with rich R&D and superior products. Company spend on knowledge updation and learning. Solutions bases selling was challenging and interesting. Personal skill development on regular intervals. Faster career growth.

No positive work culture. People dont enjoy their job but do it basically because they are getting salary. Also work should be evenly distributed but basically performers are overloaded with others work too without getting adequately compensated

Work life blance in some departments are well maintained while it's tough for sales and field teams. Company apparently works for employee well-being although the approach is not holistic.

Dislikes

Hierarchy is not mature. Multiple dotted line reportings which creates operational challenges for team. Some of middle and senior mangers are involved in relationship with their team members. There is culture of cult following in some departments. Such things affect appraisals and promotions. Travel safety is big gap in Diversey. Sometimes employees have to travel tirelessly and they don't get time to finish their documents and other tasks. Hotels and food allowance limits are poor.
