Work pressure is too much. no work life balance. good for freshers but not for experienced. Have to work on weekends and late nights every day .Salary is not based on performance. 5 days work from office with late night work .

Management is poor and total focus is on client rather than employees . Time estimation is just given which is good for client and appreciation is only given if you work non stop even on weekends

Good management, very involved in the personal and career development of employees. Good and flexible work culture and zilch micro-management.

As with any company growing rapidly work can sometimes get overwhelming, but it can teach you time management and multitasking.

Ever searching for a place where you want to learn more and have fun rather than actual work work! This is it. This is your destination to arrive at. Divami has been a blessing to me. While my whole batch was struggling with job insecurities during COVID-19, I was working as a backend developer and having a fixed source of income. While there was down side of the pandemic on every sector, I could only hear Divami rise and shine. You definitely are going to thrive amd learn and make your way through to the top in its amazing work culture and amicable fellow employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is alot to Learn. Team leaders will help you to grow by professional and personal. Company culture is very good and work environment is nice.
