I really appreciate our company culture, especially the working model, which is excellent. As an Advisor, I understand that the ultimate result is sales but we are consistently encouraged to prioritize customer experience. I strongly believe, and I think all ditto employees would agree to the fact that advisors don't have any sales target whatsoever. Our focus is always on providing accurate information based on facts, even if it may impact our sales.

Well, luckily I don't work at Ditto Insurance - I simply gave their interview rounds - 4 rounds to be precise over 2 weeks of my precious life wasted trying to secure a job as an Insurance Advisor with Ditto Insurance. These guys are terrible! I understand that not all companies can get back with feedback to all the unlucky ones who did not get hired but atleast have the decency to provide proper feedback as to why you are not hiring someone when that someone has spent 2 weeks of preparation with tedious tasks like reading policy documents and policy wordings and then passing on all 3 HR rounds only to be snubbed and not given any feedback as to what went wrong and why was I not selected... atleast some feedback would have been appreciated so as to improve myself and not make same mistakes when applying to other companies in the future - their recruiters are arrogant and have no clear answers all they care about is prepare prepare prepare for your next round and clear the next round - what a bunch of stupid morons and jerks

Nothing to be honest.

1. You have to work on Saturdays and Sundays compulsory. There is a rotational weekly off between Monday and Friday. That is also subject to choice of the HR. 2. Your manager will also not help you out. 3. No work life balance. Even though it's says strict work time, but your work hours exceed 8pm almost everyday. 4. Initially they train you, saying you are educating customers, but then you see the truth, basically that's just a gymmic, your main aim is to sell, just sell insurance.

I had a screening call with Apoorva Rai, she was mean and thoroughly discouraged me from applying for this position, she mentioned that the CTC was too low for me and needed reasons as to why was I applying for the position when I had Recruitment experience. The Job position did'nt not require prior experience within the Insurance Domain and that there would be Training for 2 months to equip us for the position, but Apoorva was nothing but discrimanatory and it felt it was not valued as an applicant.

I didnt like how way they handled the screening process. Need to report what goes on in screening and recruitment process. although I have prior expereince in the Insurance industry and in customer service and worked with clients of repute, Ditto HR was nothing but discouraging. If training is provided for 2 months to get the candidate up to speed why so much of discourargement. I wouldnt recommend this Company to anybody

There is nothing good in that company they just wasting candidates time.

HR team is disgusting and third class, If you guys don’t want candidates then don’t waste pur energy and time and fool others. They are just there for wasting efforts and do nothing. i have 2+ years of experience in BPO and Financial Products marketing and have experience of CHOICE india who is direct competitor of their parent company ZERODHA. I have given enough explanation in interview about whatever they were asked but still they rejected me twice. Hope the will look this comment by any chance look in to their HR team.
