Every employee enjoyee in DIT University while working. Salary timing is too good professional environment. green glash campus all things are too good and well. heads behaviors are good and appreciative.

I don't have anything to dislike there, ofcourse we can say there are too many opportunities to grow our career.

Environment is awesome because university located near mussoorie . Job is very secure in the university.

Poor salary Management do not want to spend money on faculties ..management always ready to spend money on infrastructure and they are paying high salary to the top level(VC,PVC, DIRECTOR, DEANs and HODs...but they do not want to spend money on root level staff such as Assistant professor and other staff members..

Any fresher looking for first job is good at DIT University.

...ing their responsibilities to the subordinates. Innovation is almost negligible. The salary is comparatively good. but learning is nill.

Work pressure is less. The owner is less bothered about the upliftment of the organization.

...uitable for the staff. There is no value and dignity of the teaching fraternity. All non-teaching staffs and top management are on the high package. All top management is making money and no development for teaching staff. Labs are old as 10 years it was.

Only the location is in the foothills . mesmerizing location.

...oyee welfare policy. Univeristy is just a name which it doesn't carry seriously. Dont expect much if even you get a good package in starting because there must be hidden conditions in it which make you suffer long
