No job guarantee. They will remove whenever they want. They recruited me on the basis of my communication skills and they removed me saying my communication skills are bad. All the employees who were offered employment with me were removed within three months.

- Zero transparency - No clarity on projects when to release - Full pressure - Top management will come and change all priorities at once - No respect to Agile - HR team is a big waste - Scrum masters don't know what is happening, they will ask same question again and again

There are bunch of things that one can say who worked in this company. 1. Management is not good. They will not care about the employees. 2. HR's are useless. They don't have any authority to take even the smaller decisions. Everything has to come from management. 3. JOB SECURITY. You never know when they decide to fire you from the company. They don't even inform and you will get a call one day and say that you are fired and not even allow you to the office to submit the laptops. 4. Cheap Devices for the employees. 5. Work culture is VERY BAD. They say we care for employees and transparency. But that's not the case. Internal politics. It effects employees so much. 6. Even though you do so much work, they won't even recognize it. They are least bothered. 7. Directors of every department are worse. They just work for the management and everyone in the management role do the micro management. etc..... DONT EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY.

This is a really good organization with good connect with their employees This is a product based company, they are into logistics, and have projects in iOS/Android and web applications As a Scrum Master: I am getting an opportunity to handle multiple projects with multiple technology It is helping me resource management, project management skill improvement Yes, sometimes there is a pressure from top management to complete project on time, but this is a normal culture we have in Indian Software industry so far but here, all people are technical, so presenting a technical reason for delays will be accepted Pros: Its 100% remote job Have virtual fun meetings with team mates Mediclaim facility for yourself and family Leave policy is same as normal other orgs Management people are easy to reach Your issues will be addressed on time - it is not dependent on your position Note: It is a best org I have joined so far as a working women with kid
