Just big BRAND.. But in cruise industry very small contribution..

Dislikes

... manage the work, there is no such policy to retain the crew..so much New crew . Top leadership don't pay much attention to crew.They act like dictator not a leader.. Thanks.

The thing I was most excited for with working here was the Disney name. All my life I wanted to work for Disney, and now here was my chance. For the most part, the Disney of it all was all I could have asked for. I knew it would be long hours and I knew I would be exhausted, but the magic was worth it. For the most part this is true. It's a guest facing role with lots of interaction with guests, and an ability to spread magic.

...result of negotiation. You will be exhausted 24/7 and days will feel like weeks. At least they pay for your flight home when you have panic attacks at work due to the stuff they don't tell you in the sign up process.

Being a part of DCL is a privilege DCL number 1 priority is safety of crew and guest. DCL emphasizes on Teamwork and a healthy and fun working environment . DCL gives CM a opportunity to show their skills and dedication with excellent training provided on board and tools to complete their tasks.DCL also keeps a good focus on CM social life ie good living conditions,gaming room and for the health of CM a crew Gym. The policies and guidelines put in place not only helps you to be a good CM but a better human being in life.DCL also provides CM a fully paid flight ticket on completion of contract to and back from home which many Cruise Lines dont provide
