From top to bottom at Circle level was no politics and was success in the region. Circle management always used to involve all category employees for enhancement of business and always recognition stored for them.

It is very good place to work w.r.t company HR policy, colleagues , homely environment, decision making, ERP system & finally the update of business performance among all employees in a town hall.
Growth & increments are not at per current trend. Frontline manager should more aggressive to towards the actual growth of business. More likely to say, top management should understand the fund situation before making or approval of budget.
