The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

As a team we were working happily and co operative with each other regarding our classes ,making reports or with any official administrative work .

Dislikes

Though as a team we co operated to each other but then sometime without any clarification our salary used to get deducted. And when we used to ask the reason why it happened we never got the valid reason .Centre was out of the city and for that we had to change our transport thrice to reach on time other wise they used to mark us half day. There was no any proper training for the trainers where we could learn anything to make the project more successful.
