It was hell for me as well as people working there. One of my friend is doing as much work as a manager do but still getting less salary. They deduct 33% of salary if you reach late more than 8 days even if you're late 3 mins. They are those people who squeeze the talent from you for their work and throw you out in a second. Never wanna be there again!!!

In this pandemic i am not recivied lockdown month salary now in june & july companny said only 15days working salary also half. now company said in aug month you are on leave without pay.but i dont know about september working they will continue with us or not .

Everything is worst don't join this company their policy is worst they are try to loot their employees and one policy is 33% salary will be cut if you coming after 15 min.. And because of this policy i have loose 4 to 5 thousands..

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
