... given less priority than female staffs so gender difference is clearly visible. there is no performance based salary increment. salary is increased based on how much flattering you do for principal. there is no written rules for leave. there exists dictatorship of principal.

... financial crisis in organization due to wrong decision taken by administration. salary is not being paid time to time. there is no job security
