Work life balance is maintained, 5 days working and leaves are good. Salary is not up to mark, bad distribution of salary, 10% of actual CTC is performance based incentive, of which you will get only 40-50% or nothing, totally depends on your manager. 2-5% salary hike per annum. No growth opportunities.

Dislikes

There is no any growth opportunities,top management is full of old age people which take longer than expected time for any approval. Work culture is good no any politics, friendly environment. Work from home is very good here

There is lot of things to learn, if you are a fresher then there is lot of opportunity there, you really have to work hard late night works tightly coupled things, tightly deadlines but surely that work and experience will pay you in future.

Salary is a big issue there And late night release and seriously they need to improve there management and coding standards

There managers and tl's are pain for employee . They do give alot pressure to employee and when employee ask for any help they deny for same. Sujoy mitra a senior manager is one of the example he thought him self a owner of this company

Everything like HR, management policy and no increment in salary after hard work

They are not helpfully his employees. Suddenly the can ztp . There are no carers .who one is the manager besty only the can make his career.

Compensation is decent, growth is slow. I have worked for 18 months. Managers an individuals which is why i heave that company

It's is a good company but slow growth and salary if you join as a fresher otherwise if you want a good work life balance than it is wonderful for you and job security is also good.
