1 No job security / 10-0.1 % 2 No one time salary / we need call for salary every month MD 10-3% 3 Overall 4.01% don't west your time one this type company as a safety person no one know about safety only safety person job is housekeeping in this company no one knows about bocw act i never seen like this organization head worst person no one power in this organization if you need levs we need approved by MD if any one join this organization don't argue with this organization MD if you want implement this organization you are westing your time they are not listening your standard they area following only organization head standard

Worse management, toxic & Micro management, irrelevant tasks &targets, the tasks assign and alarm from directly through MD, if you have mouth closing full time and head tilting habit u will always have place here.

Good for freshers who are eager to learn. Good senior level people who teach u how the system really work in construction field.

Strict timings, 8.30am to 10.00pm, no work life balance, can't do anything besides work
