No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

They are fraud, its Not a company its a trap, they will hire you for Only one month, and of you dont complete your targets they will fire you on the basis of the performance of one month, I have wasted my two months which they haven't paid our salary and expenses of all Business Development team, they fired all the team in just one day, even not paid any single rupee. They are fraud, NAQISA SILVA Is the owner, she is very stupid and bad mannered women. And the another person is Nilesh Yadav they both are very good at trapping the people. I saw in within 8 months around 55 people left that job and they aren't paid their salary. I repeat DONT JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION. THEY ARE FRAUD....

Everything, liar, will take you on a dream ride but its only a dream, no work life balance. No appreciation, no salary increment but responsibility of others will also be given to you, insult, taunt, and feed pizza, they can decrease your salary as its there choice but they will give you promotion only work load, evey month people leave this place and they hire new and some time they will ask you to leave as they give you 1 month to show your performance and achieve target minimum of 50 lakh to crore with pathetic and poor quality leads and if didn't do it they will ask you to leave, no job security, i have seen 50-60 people leaving this company within 8 months they are not loyal and they don't deserve loyal employees. Crm team and head like avp will try to take your credit and degrade your repostation infront of ceo, and ceo is dumb all people behind her say the same even the people who love her shoes, they will ask your for idea you will tell them and they tell this women and she will be like wow... new Hr is just a popet and have some friends whom she tell and show internal things illegally and make fun of it. They can put any allegations on you and talk nonsense but if you talk logic they will consider as excuse.

The owner decides who to keep and who to fire from job, specially Managers, they will not ask superiors, And they will inform Hr is like Medicore and they have a format download from Google, for termination Kindly avoid this place to take Employment.

No job security. You can be kicked out anytime for no reasons. Even if you are a star performer, yours longevity depends on feedback from gossipers who have vested interests.
