Working like he'll, no job security one of the worst management in my carrier, total management ls selfish

Management don't care about employees job satisfaction ,heavy work load,less manpower,less increment, 24/7 working culture.

Apart from yearly once award ceremony on performance. Disa Family meets where every employees come with their families at one place and get mingled with others

Dislikes

Dictatorship should not be there. Should be open to others opinion. I can accept casteism in politics but not in working environment. I have seen people telling there cast and introduce themselves as they belong to cast they encourage here.

Not bad and only its taken as a trainee on contract basis please give some opportunities to the students employee offers to build the carrier and work for your company.... Main problem is hiring from contract basis I am not satisfied when I am working on contract basis
