My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. Likes

Never give importance for academic excellence. Controlled by politically influenced people, not academicians. No concept about future of technical education in the state. Timely wage revision has not been implemented based on AICTE revision. Just like any other Government department, this is also moving.
