Very attractive, impressive, motivational, quick decision making to provide administration to 1500 plus students and 100 plus teachers and staff.

Fixed salary and No increment. No performance based salary and no appraisal.

Many of the things depends on school like the environment varies school to school or staff to staff… some schools have a great environment because of staff n principal n vise versa

Dislikes

Because i was in guest faculty… no equal wage and no TA/ DA.. no job security . The joining of regular teacher can replace us at any time so its highly insecure and non recommendable job..

At present education in Delhi Govt. School is nice because current govt. giving quality education. Every aspect is beneficial for

Now a days happiness and Deshbhakti programme is compulsory as a subject. Both are important for every one but it is not teaching of class room. These. Can be merge in students heart and mind through moral education in assembly and parents can help.

Working with young students is a great experience for me but there was no job security. I wanted to teach those students. But due to engagement of a permanent teacher I got relieved from the school which broke me from inside. If I get an opportunity to work in that school it will give pleasure to me.

First of all ,let me tell you that if someone is working job on contract and casual in directorate of education ,Delhi Government their approval or respect is given nothing evan the salary is not paid timely .so in this regarding in Delhi government departments of directorate of education own my personal experience was very bad.
