... For entire Dion India the strength has decreases to half ofcourse as no hike. Variable pay won't be paid as company in huge loss and anytime it cab be sold to other vendor. These are full time working review. Please consider this before joining .

The environment of the team was very good. I don't know about other team. But my team was like complete family package.

Technical stack can be updated. It works on old and technology which do not exist in thearket

Opportunities and freedom to work but again there were no control from the management side.

...Company has no vision and strategy where they want to heads up. Crisis of money. Salary not being paid on time and a lot of debts in the market. In fact their is a long queue of the existing employees who have left Dion and the FNF settlement is still not paid. Beyond this a lot of challenges and issues are there and this leads to restrict an individual growth in all perspective.

Lack of internal communication from the management was a big challenge, but I am told that steps were taken recently to improve in this area. So, can’t think of anything else to dislike.

Good place to work. Sr Management is easy to approach and they are open for innovation and creativity, which makes it more better. New processes and policies have been introduced and positive results are visible. Working hard to introduce new products globally and enhancing the existing ones. You'll find more than decade old employees here mentoring new joiners as new born in family.
