Salary is very irregular. Site are running without support of head office monitoring. If fund available from then site will run smoothly. But due to contractual obligation fund input struck than site progress has badly effected and total responsibility come to Project head to run the site without cash flow.

1. No work culture 2. No Job satisfaction 3. Weakest planning, HR team, QSS team I have ever seen. 4. Weak in staff welfare. 5. Terrible coordination of staff guesthouse. 6. No team work in execution staff.

1. Salary on Time (generally between 5 to 12 every month) 2. Decent Appraisal annually 3. Job Security 4. Most of the people on site genuine and helpful 5. Good learning environment consideing my Manager is helpful and knowledgable. 6. Decent accomodation and food.

Dislikes

1. HR on site are terrible. Slow and show favouritism 2. Couple of fishes are making the entire pond dirty.

No induction or welcome No proper SOPs and standard protocol No work life balance No proper management Site HR team is very worst just like "Gunde log" No appointment letter No proper leaves and Sunday is also working 12 hrs working culture without overtime No co-operation They will not get proper information on paper before joining Only 2.5 days leave allowed per month Think 100 times before joining this worst organisation and Don't leave existing job for this organisation

Rest everything is bad! Zero work life balance. No skills required to work here. Just listen daily the shouting of higher management. Employees are treated like dogs!
