We work 50+ hrs a week for money, yet the one thing we don’t talk about openly is… salary. No induction or welcome No proper SOPs and standard protocol No work life balance No proper management Site HR team is very worst just like "Gunde log" No appointment letter No proper leaves and Sunday is also working 12 hrs working culture without overtime No co-operation They will not get proper information on paper before joining Only 2.5 days leave allowed per month Think 100 times before joining this worst organisation and Don't leave existing job for this organisation
