One of the worst concern in a hospitality industry, no job sec, no week off, work time above 12 to 15hours per day, no OT,no ESI pay slip and incentive and etc.... they I'll detuct the PF insurance and everything but I'll never pay or show those detalis...

Management are very worst they never ever care for the staffs, cus most of the management are uneducated people...

I've always enjoyed working in the restaurant industry, because my personality is very conducive to its demands. I tend to be very interested in other people and their stories, am a great listener, take direction well and also learn quickly.

Worst workplace for anyone to start their career. No work ethics and no professionalism. No proper system and management available. Very cheap politics between all departments and there is no proper facilities or basic requirements provided for the staffs. No respect and value for the employee welfare. No proper appraisals and benefits
