In Dinamalar, I liked the professional attitude and workplace environment that was provided to me. Another thing I liked was the close knit and interpersonal communication that were prevelant between the managers and employees. No thing to like about Dinamalar company. It was worst experience in there.

I did great performance in Dinamalar. But they was lied about Salary increment and they won't support workers for their performance.

Culture is very poor , if any senior person comes in front of you , you are not suppose to walk you have to stand

Manager treats you as a slave , whenever u got a call from ur manager u have to work , even if it is night 11pm or 1pm
