It was good experience to work with teaching staff of Biomedical department, they were very cooperative and helpful personalities and university was conducted training seasons for improvement of teaching skills overall it was nice place to work.

Salary delay issues, traveling

Dilla University is the known Ethiopian Higher education in the quality of Education in relation to other Public Universities in the country. I like to work in such effective higher education institution for working effectively.

Everything in Dilla University is very good. There is a conducive environment for professional skill developments and related outcomes.

Likes

The work load and weather are too good to work in Dilla. People are good in their nature. Though they are very poor, they give lot of respect to Indians.

Dislikes

Now there is a change in their attitude. Especially University authorities are troubling to some extent. Moreover due to their social cultural differences law and order problems are arising. Some unwanted incidents are taking place.
