The only director of the company is very well experienced and has worked with many artists from the industry. So, Mr. Dilip Sood himself is a quite interactive person and talks poetically/dramatically. Horror is his favorite genre of fiction filmmaking apart from that he likes romantic songs. He tries his best to manage the workflow by employing the young staff with aspiring careers.

Dislikes

They are very poor when it comes to paying their employees, after multiple times asking for it, it was heard that the paycheque is not ready. Also, I notice some of their own staff being corrupt and cheating their boss (Mr. Dilip Sood) that may be because of less salary but then why are they even employed there if they do not love what they work especially in the entertainment business. I learned from my mentors elsewhere that If you are not going to pay simply clearly tell your employees that money won't be involved in these projects, but when you settle for a deal with negotiation, documentation, the contract then at least money should flow flawlessly then the only workflow will be good. Especially in art, when the artist is happy he brings the best of himself. Money motivates obviously when I signed a contract with Mr. Sood he could have told me that he would not be able to pay me so I would have given him a song for free to be used in his films just like I was doing with other YouTubers back then just to build good social capital so later when they have a budget they might keep me in consideration. They did not have a working space for a music producer/director so I worked from home and use to send them my work online, after multiple rejections when they use to finalize it was used in the film. It was going all happy but when they made me think it like a job then a regular income is a must which was not there, they use to send me cumulative cheques of whatever amount they were thinking is right. They were not at all considering the invoices I was sent to them, then I could sense the corruption among them and before it could get any dirtier I left the place for the sake of both because money matter is a serious matter. I later being Kind did send them a song with written permission to be used in their films so we may end it on a good note. I wish Mr. Sood may hire more capable and enthusiastic staff and create more entertaining films in his future.
