unprofessional & illiterate people are in every where. Miss use of power. Everyone is just looting this company. Top to bottom everyone is eating companies resources. Every departmental head( project level) is getting black money more than 3L a month. PM is earning commission more than 10L a month. All are busy in destroying the company.this Company will be bankrupt with in next 5yr.

As a mechanic engineer I'll say this is best possible platform to draw practical knowledge alongwith pressure bearing capacity team management skills.

Salary Timing Sub department issues are below:- Partiality among employees for Aprisal and Promotion Leave policy Holiday policy Improper value assessment of employees

You can work site work fast because so many machines are there.

No HR good policy. No Holiday. Salary 1 month delay. At site, If you can't bring labour contractor then your value is zero here, no matter how technical you are.

DBL Workshop Maintenance very well . learning opportunities is good because Everything to want to Maintain it company will provide you . ( Good things is that provides the part Not to assy. So chance to learn has been increased for Ex-: EXR track motor parts, Swing device part , regarding CAT Transmission & Enginner)
