The accommodation facility is not good and When staying in a guest house, one has to pay the electricity bill and the food is absolutely useless, and when staying in a camp, there are no facilities, and neither do we get a car to go to the site or come to the office.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No weekly off , festival off and any holiday . Salary delay two month. work culture very bad .Management is very bad. work time for everyone 12 hours per day in 365 days only one day off in holi and one day off in diwali.

Teammates are so good, early time to time training, career growth are so lazy, salary increase every assessment year,work related traveling, politics yes but don't worry I managed, work environment are flexible, innovation company ARF And factory in Bhopal,work life is secure..

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
