You can work site work fast because so many machines are there.

Dislikes

No HR good policy. No Holiday. Salary 1 month delay. At site, If you can't bring labour contractor then your value is zero here, no matter how technical you are.

I like the work-life Management here and Management staff is also so good that you can do the whole work independently by your own way , none of them make you bound to do the work by theirs way but it should be in the stipulated time with quality and accuracy.

Dislikes

Work culture is good but the delay in salary just make me bit worry.

Structured department Timely salary Huge projects HRA and PF outside gross salary, advance provision etc. Friendly staff at all levels Good growth for deserving professionals

Dislikes

Zero work life balance, no Sunday or any holyday, forget leave or family, firing policy is bad and without notice, work timing is bad

If there is no job, you can work in this company, you should look for a good opportunity and then leave.

Dislikes

The accommodation facility is not good and When staying in a guest house, one has to pay the electricity bill and the food is absolutely useless, and when staying in a camp, there are no facilities, and neither do we get a car to go to the site or come to the office.
