As most of team is one man army you will get to learn so many thing you will be on frontline so in pressure you will learn so many thing and work on many projects and can impliment things on your own accord

Aside from cons i have mentioned above everything. Nothing is on time - appraisals , salary Hr is non existence

Only the colleagues to be precise junior level executives are nice, good to work with, know how a professional should act.

Dislikes

Nothing is good about this company. Senior management is utterly unprofessional. Compensation is below average and there is no appreciation for executives if they are doing well. They do nothing for their product marketing. I mean that they even have any promotional strategies. If as a junior you plan something or suggest promotional strategies then also managers don't even listen to your proposal. Basically they never utilize any employee's potential. Even sometimes salaries are also not on time.
