There is nothing to like apart from if you are a person who want to really like giving your most of the time of your day to them.

...nd some teams small mistakes are escalated. No one wants to take responsibility. Average workings hours are around 10Hrs with no compensation. Being an IT company, office are open on 1st 3rd and 5th Saturdays.

Hire freshers at good package and get to work with different devices. If you like automation it a company for you.

Dislikes

No work life balance. 9 1/2 hours of working time. Saturday working. No life insurance for employees. Working environment is pathetic. Whole office work on politics. No appraisal as per capabilities.

Some people in the management are good enough. They would give you the opportunity to grow. Cross team communication will help you in learning other things such as about Linux and servers.

Very poor management. No work life balance. Some people in the management talk in very harsh language

The interview process was bad, they took 3 interviews (1 face to face & 2 online) informed co-ordinator that I was selected but joining was delayed due to some company workload. Later on they extended it for 3 months kept me waiting. Didn't reply to any email. I was ghosted out by a company. Sounds funny but i was looking forward for that role

Nothing to like here, except favouritism and now nepotism is in place. Please don’t join this company which is equal to simply ruining your capabilities.

Dislikes

Avoid favouritism and concentrate on the skills.
