No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Manager is humble who takes care of your work and work life.

Dislikes

When you are done with company task, they will just kick you out. no notice period, no compensation for notice.nothing they will provide .No job security.also team size is 8-10

When i first join the office, it felt good for the first 7-8 months, but after that, there was no proper arrangement of work.

Dislikes

The projects here are not organized properly. task are added randomly, which breaks the continuity of the work already in progress. even after working hours, they call and ask us to do additional tasks. they make one person handle the work meant for 2-3 people. Despite working overtime, there is no increment in pay on time.
