There's nothing good about DigitalScool. Poor job security, poor company policies.

I worked with Digitalscool for 7 months and from the very beginning, Vivek (the owner of digitalscool) was giving a salary a month late, and eventually, it went on to be 2-3 months late, saying the company is going through a financial crisis which will be resolved shortly. Also, they did not provide me with my offer letter on my joining. I resigned in February, with a pending salary for 2 months, which he is procrastinating since then. Despite having financial trouble, he goes on hiring new people. Yet on constant follow-ups for my documents and salary, he is ignorant and always gets away with saying this is a temporary problem that will be resolved soon.

I worked with this company for 6 months. Post 3 months CEO suddenly started withholding monthly salary payouts. Very slyly he first delayed it by few weeks then months without telling us anything about the reasons of delay. Once I put my foot down he hired new staff and a new office but continues to withheld salaries of tens of his old staff citing financial issues. Beware of this company and his owner Vivek Kumar.

Dislikes

Totally unprofessional, there is always delay in payments, response, feedback. Payments are still not made, even what is paid is paid in bits and pieces. Completely there is no support at all. Sometimes the CEO goes absconding, does not take accountability. Bad place to work. You are asked to do some certificates in other's behalf. so the certificates some people hold is also questionable. Nothing is clear here.
