They literally can refuse to give you the salary because they thought my written content is AI generated. And that too after an year. Weird that they never said it before but only when I made the most money. I’ve already filed a case. Thankfully, I was a freelancer that I walked away without a notice period. If a full time employee does anything they don’t approve, then they simply had to work for another 2 months without any salary, and they can’t walk away.

No solutions for the employees. No appreciation or promotion expectations are met. You can do the very best but they will still take you for granted.

Salary is on time. Work-life balance is good. You come on time and leave on time. As a fresher in the PPC field, I got to learn a lot. Work satisfaction and Skill development could be better. DWS has a truly positive work environment. My seniors are really great and friendly.

Nothing much to dislike however, more skill development resources should be provided to better understand the field.
