It gives us self pace style for doing work or whether it's for learning. They have always an alternate for any issues. The coordination is the best part I have experienced. The working hours is also flexible that is a great part for any employee.

I wish they could have given the job in their organization itself as a digital marketer so we can have a comfort zone while doing job too. Job placement is fine, but if job offered by themself it could be great.
