...business but as DXC is new and growing, currently there is chaos in the company. There is no Hike Cycle anymore. that means you will not get yearly hike, so that means you may even get quarterly hike twice a year or you may not get any hike in 2 years as well. Depends upon the kind of work you are doing. Secondly I was a QA so I did not get any exposure to learning new technology here so I had less learning experience, however I have seen developers travelling onsite as well. But right now the count is less. Work life balance is really good. My manager and most of them are very flexible and understanding, considering that it is a US based company and they have a chill kind of work environment. CSC was a huge name and DXC also it, being a part of such big MNC gives your resume good stars and easy to switch in other companies specially start ups. Hope this was helpful :)
