Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Dislikes

They will give you lucrative salary to join the company. Once you join the company they will give you the target you will never achieve. They don't care about employees health and difficulties. Abhishek Trivedi and his wife never believe in giving salary to their employees So they always give late salary that also after so many arguments. If you will ask salary they will give you 10x target to achieve.If you decide to leave the company after facing all these things. They will deduct a very good amount from your salary. Don't join.
