... reducing employee benefits in all terms. They don't accept for hybrid culture. They name themselves as insuretech but when Employees ask to pay as per the standards, They say they are only insurance company and not tech company.

No one can complete their target Yearly Bonus is very very less No work life balance Management only cares for number No yearly Target, It's month wise based on last month performance.

...ion in my company or in other companies with same experience are earning better. I assure you that i discussed with my manager about the raise in the salary but it didn't bring any positive results.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
