The environment and work culture is very good. There are also good management personnel in marketing team.

The salary and pay scale is very low especially for freshers. They also have very long training periods, which can't be changed.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Nothing. Faltu company with Faltu management. Job security is good join only if you are above 40 or nearing 50ish. It is good for freshers too so you can get the experience letter and switch to better organization.

Dislikes

Everything. A company where the upper management eats up all the salary and benefits and others are treated as a peasant.

Good learning opportunity for freshers with good package.

Work from office , there is no option called WFH, fresher and experience person will not have salary different , some cases freshers will be getting more pay than senior . there is no equal distribution of work ,among teammates
