...re's nothing to like about Digiperform. Never been in a cheap company like this. never provided salary on time. fake promises..

Digiperform is a complete disaster. unprofessionalism, no work ethics and the worst leads make it a nightmare. Management is inaccessible, offering no training and learning opportunities. It's one man rule with dominating and illiterates individuals. the company, true to its name, Digiperform is all about fake promises and zero commitment. Avoid this chaos unless you enjoy incompetence and broken assurances. It's a sinking ship- Stay Away guys. you will surely regret your decision like me.

Unfortunately, I didn't like anything about that company. They believe in hire n fire policy even if employees have been working for many years. Still there isn't any stability for employees.

...an give you official call out of the working hours that can be morning or night. Salary issues, work culture issues, management issues, stability issues. Bosses beleive in hire n fire policy where they can fire you without giving any notice happened so many time in front of me.

...e management of digi perform is careless main the admin and branch of PP branch. 100% job in rural areas, starting salary only 6-7k but it mention 15k on their website. 100% scammers Scammers digi perform. Totally waste of money

...giperform was the worst decision of my life. They never credit salaries on time. Infact i have not yet received my last working month salary till date. Supervisor there are soo rude to subordinates. It is a company I will never work with again.
