very low salary and poor hikes. poor work challenges.

Compensation is not too good. growth is very slow. we have to beg for promotions here. Managers cant do anything for our promotions. Seniors here rule the world. No gaining knowledge.

Deluxe Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly known as DigiCaption India Pvt. Ltd.) is a media company. If you want to continue your career in media background then it's one of the leading 100 years old company. But it's quiet difficult to switch from a media background to IT company. But overall thing are good in Company. Company really cares about the employees (Especially female employees).

Dislikes

Less salary(as a fresher it's quite good but not as an experienced), less career growth and u cannot learn any technical skills

It's a great company to work with. Amazing work atmosphere, supportive authorities, also, you have games such as chess, carrom, socker board, etc to chill out a bit from your work. You can have your capuccino, latte, or any type of coffee of your wish any number of times per your wish. They have vending machines installed as well. All in all, it's a very good media company to work with.

Salary is indeed an issue here. Rest all is amazing.

basically work-life balance, chilled people around you and no certain pressure, every facilities they provide, these all are pros here.

Dislikes

Only thing to worry about is lesser opportunity to grow yourself as well as your salary. So depending upon that comparing to market salary provided is lesser.

... and I still haven't received proper instructions or guidance about the same. They will try n not pay your worthy even if you are eligible for it. They will make sure you run around a lot more than just enough until you get what you simply deserve.
