Years Ago there was many benefits like good increment, Gifts, Bonuses etc but everything is now stopped.

Dislikes

...inally people got increment but for this year only. What about previous year? 2. No Bonus from Many Years. 3. Forced to work in Public holidays sometimes in Sunday too. 4. There is no guarantee if you get increment it's depend on them.

They are not at all supportive. They just use and throw the peoples.

Dislikes

.... They fires the candidates in a day without giving any notice (not even a day). Also, they dont provide the salary of the candidate to whom they are going to fire. There is a lacking of Professionalism in Management. I can say, in my career, it's the worst experience with Digi5Media. :(
